Regional Economic Development (RED) Fund

The Regional Economic Development (RED) Fund nurtures economic growth in Indiana by awarding grant money to IU entities that submit qualifying proposals. Proposals are reviewed by the IU Council for Regional Engagement and Economic Development (CREED).
