Current economic development and engagement activities include:

• Innovate Indiana, which is focused on investing in and coordinating IU’s economic development activities across the state turning the innovations of IU faculty into new products, services, and treatments, and connecting the business community in Indiana, the nation, and the world to IU.
• The Indiana Life and Health Sciences Initiative, which builds upon Indiana’s national leadership in life sciences and health research and capitalizes on IU’s unique, statewide network of medical education centers.
